Holiday and Vacation Pay Requirements

Employees must work 640 hours within the calendar year prior to the holiday, and must work the scheduled work day before and after the holiday to qualify.

Paid Vacation

All employees who work 1200 hours within a calendar year will be paid five days of vacation time. This is paid on the average pay rate for the year.

Part-time employees will receive holiday and vacation pay at a pro-rated amount.

Bonuses

$100 / Clerical referrals who work 160 hours.

$25 / Light Industrial referrals who work 80 hours.
